What’s Covered
What the warranty covers
If it stops looking the way it did the day it arrived through ordinary wear, that’s on us, not on you.
Tarnishing and fading
If a piece tarnishes or fades from ordinary wear during the warranty period, tell us and we’ll repair or replace it.
Clasps and chains
If a clasp or chain fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.
Plating and finish
If the finish lifts or the plating wears through under ordinary use, we’ll make it right.
How long it lasts
Your warranty lasts for life, starting the day your order arrives.
Accidental loss, theft, and visible damage such as bending, crushing or pulling aren’t covered. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll look at it together.

Once we’ve seen the photos, we’ll repair or replace your piece.

The warranty covers the years ahead. Our return window covers the first days: if your piece isn’t what you hoped for, let us know and we’ll help.
